        安徽蒙城地球物理国家野外科学观测研究站的主要任务是开展地震、重力、形变、电磁等多种固体地球物理观测与研究,以及开展中高层大气和电离层多物理量的近地空间环境观测与研究。地球内部到外部空间的综合地球物理观测对认识地球本体和近地空间环境的结构、形成与演化,以及各种自然灾害的孕育发生规律及预警和预报具有非常重要的意义。通过不同尺度地球物理台阵观测资料,获得了郯庐—大别构造带多尺度结构、变形和孕震构造特征。基于近地空间环境观测数据,揭示了中高层大气与电离层的精细结构和变化机制。这些研究为区域地震监测和地震灾害研究、近地空间环境监测和空间灾害研究等提供了重要的基础。
英文摘要
        The main objectives of the Mengcheng National Geophysical Observatory are to conduct various geophysical observations and researches, including seismic, gravity, strain, electromagnetic and other means, and also perform geospace environment observations and researches, mainly focusing on the middle and upper atmosphere and ionosphere regions. The integrated geophysical observations from the Earth's interior to the space is essential for understanding the structure, formation, and evolution of the Earth itself and the geospace environment, and also the generation mechanisms, early warning, and forecasting of various natural disasters. By using observation data from geophysical arrays of different scales, we have obtained the multi-scale structures, deformation, and characteristics of seismogenic structures of the Tanlu-Dabie tectonic belt. From the observation data of the geospace environment, we have revealed the high temporal and spatial resolution phenomena and the related mechanisms within the middle and upper atmosphere and ionosphere. These researches provide important bases for regional earthquake monitoring, earthquake hazard investigation, geospace environment monitoring, and space weather study.

姚华建中国科学技术大学地球和空间科学学院教授。长期从事地震波与背景噪声成像、多尺度速度模型构建、岩石圈结构与变形、大地震破裂过程等领域的研究。中国地震学会副理事长,国际大地测量学与地球物理学联合会(IUGG)国际地震与地球内部物理学协会(IASPEI)中国组委会副主席。现任 Geophysical Journal International期刊主编, Earthquake Science期刊副主编,以及《中国科学:地球科学》、Earth and Planetary Physics等期刊编委。国家杰出青年基金和国家优秀青年基金获得者。2020年获得第十六届中国青年科技奖, 2017年获得中国地球物理学会科技进步奖一等奖。

YAO Huajian Professor of the School of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China. He has been focusing on the research of seismic and ambient noise tomography, multi-scale velocity model construction, lithospheric structure and deformation, and rupture processes of great earthquakes. Vice President of the Seismological Society of China, and Vice President of the Chinese Committee of International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) International Association of Seismology and Physics of Earth's (IASPEI).He is now an Editor of Geophysical Journal International, Associate Editor of Earthquake Science, editorial board member of Science China Earth Sciences, Earth and Planetary Physics, etc. He was funded by the Distinguished Young Scholars Fund and Excellent Young Scholar Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He received the 16th Science and Technology Award for Chinese Young Scholars in 2020 and the first-class prize of Science and Technology Advancement of Chinese Geophysical Society in 2017.
