信息社会的飞速发展对信息存储、加工、传输能力提出了与日俱增的迫切需求。随着“摩尔定律”逐渐逼近极限,半导体工业急需寻求新的解决方案。二维材料因为原子级厚度的尺寸特点,表面无悬挂键的结构优势加上极大比表面积导致的对电、光等调控手段的敏感性被认为是“后摩尔定律”时代半导体工业新的突破口。松山湖材料实验室引进一批国内外顶级科学家,组建二维材料团队,以基础科研为根基,以工程应用为导向,重点攻关其中关键问题。其目标在于取得有世界级重大影响力的科研成果,布局我国二维材料产业。
英文摘要
The rapid development of the information society puts forward an ever-increasing urgent need for information storage, processing, and transmission capabilities. With the ending of Moore's Law, the semiconductor industry urgently needs to find new solutions. Lowdimensional materials are considered to be a new breakthrough in the semiconductor industry in the post-Moore era, because of the size characteristics of atomic-level thickness, the structural advantage of no dangling bonds on the surface, and the sensitivity to electrical and optical control methods caused by a large specific surface area. Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory has introduced a group of top scientists and established a low-dimensional materials team. The research of the team, based on basic science and guided by engineering applications, focuses on tackling key issues. The goal is to achieve world-class influential scientific research results, and to deploy China low-dimensional materials industry.

张广宇 松山湖材料实验室副主任、研究员,中国科学院物理研究所纳米实验室主任。长期从事二维原子晶体材料包括石墨烯、二硫化钼的科学研究,具体方向为二维原子晶体的可控制备与加工、物性调控、功能电子器件与量子输运等。获得国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金等重要项目的资助。曾荣获北京市科技奖一等奖、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、中国物理学会胡刚复物理奖、科学技术部创新人才推进计划创新领军人才等。发表论文 150余篇,他引 12 500余次。

ZHANG Guangyu Deputy Director of Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, Professor and Director of the Nano Laboratory of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Prof. Zhang has long been engaged in the scientific research of 2D materials including graphene and molybdenum disulfide. He has carried out systematic research on the controllable synthesis of 2D crystals, functional electronic devices and quantum transport based on 2D materials and has achieved outstanding research results. He has published over 150 papers which have been cited more than 12 500 times. In view of the outstanding scientific research work, he has won some important awards, such as National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, first prize of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award, the CAS Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement Award, the Young Scientist Award of the CAS, the Hu Gangfu Physics Award of the Chinese Physical Society, Innovation Leading Talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovative Talents Promotion Plan, etc.
