中文摘要
新材料产业是国民经济的基础性、战略性产业，也是全球科技产业竞争的关键领域。新发展格局下，推动新材料产业集群化发展已经成为提升新材料产业发展水平的关键。文章描述了我国新材料产业集群的空间分布，分析了我国新材料产业集群特征与发展阶段，对比了我国新材料产业集群与世界级先进制造业集群的差距，并提出了新形势下加快推进我国新材料产业集群高质量发展的建议。
英文摘要
The advanced material industry is a basic and strategic industry of the national economy, as well as the key area of global competition in technology industry. Under the dual-cycle development pattern, propelling the cluster development of advanced material industry has become a key to raise the level of the advanced material industry development. This article described the spatial distribution of the advanced material industry cluster in China, analyzed the characteristics and development stage of the advanced material industrial cluster, and compared the gap between the advanced material industry cluster in China and the world-class advanced manufacturing industry cluster. In addition, suggestions were put forward for accelerating the high-quality development of the advanced material industry cluster in China under the new situation.

ZENG Kun Ph.D. in Economics and Associate Research Fellow of China Center of Information Industry Development. Dr. Zeng's research focuses on industrial economy, regional economic development, consultation and evaluation of industrial policy, etc. Until now, she has taken more than 20 important projects of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) and other provincial and ministerial level projects. She has been involved in drafting, formulation and evaluation of the "Five-Year Plan" of national and local advanced material industry, and a number of national advanced material industry policies.

He also worked as the secretary-general of the Promotion Agency of the UHD Video and Intelligent Appliances Manufacturing Cluster, Guangzhou-Foshan-Huizhou area. Dr. Huang's research focuses on the government of industrial cluster and policies of technological innovation. In recent years, he has mainly undertaken more than 10 major projects of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province and so on. He has been involved in drafting of a number of industrial development policies nationwide and in Guangdong.
