        中国科学院大连化学物理研究所(以下简称“大连化物所”)成立72年来,始终秉承科技报国初心,在各个历史时期均为国民经济建设、国家安全、人民生命健康和科技进步作出了重大贡献。在新的发展阶段,大连化物所作为“国家队”,心系“国家事”,肩扛“国家责”,将国家“双碳”目标新要求与研究所“十四五”规划相结合,顶层设计构思发展战略,聚力能源低碳变革性关键技术突破,促进典型区域多能融合示范,从党建、学科规划、人才建设、成果转化多方面支撑“双碳”目标的实施和“十四五”规划的落实。
英文摘要
        Since its establishment of 72 years ago, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP), Chinese Academy of Sciences has always been adhering to the original aspiration of serving the country with science and technology, and has made due contributions to the construction of the national economy, national security, people's life and health, and scientific and technological progress in various historical periods. Under the dual background of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the "Carbon Peak and Neutrality" strategy, DICP as a "national team" is concerned about "national affairs" and undertakes "national responsibilities". DICP makes great efforts in the top-level design of the energy technology development roadmap, breakthroughs in key transformative technologies, promotions of demonstrations of multi-energy integration in typical regions, and the implementation of the dual-carbon strategy. From the aspects of party building, discipline planning, talent cultivation, and achievement transformation, DICP endeavors to fully support the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and achievement of "Carbon Peak and Neutrality" target.

刘中民 中国工程院院士。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所所长,中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所所长。中国民主同盟中央常委,中国民主同盟辽宁省委会副主委,中国民主同盟大连市委会主委,大连市政协副主席。曾荣获国家技术发明奖一等奖、国家科技进步奖一等奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖、全国创新争先奖、全国五一劳动奖章等多项奖励。长期从事能源化工领域应用催化研究与技术开发,作为技术总负责人主持完成了多项创新成果并实现产业化。

LIU Zhongmin Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Director of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Member of the Central Standing Committee of the Chinese Democratic League, Deputy Chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese Democratic League, Chairman of the Dalian Municipal Committee of the Chinese Democratic League, and Vice Chairman of the Dalian CPPCC. He has won the first prize of the National Technological Invention Award, the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Science and Technology Innovation Award of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation, the National Innovation Award, and the National May 1st Labor Medal. He has been engaged in applied catalysis research and technology development in the field of energy and chemical industry for a long time. As the chief technical officer, he has completed a number of innovations and achieved industrialization.
