中国中央和地方的“十四五”规划中，明确提出发展未来产业。文章通过世界主要国家未来产业发展部署展开分析，以期为中国未来产业的发展提供决策参考。通过收集美国、日本、英国、法国、德国、韩国、俄罗斯共7个国家22个未来产业发展规划，对未来产业的概念、特征、战略意义和趋势进行分析，详细研究了这7个国家未来产业的部署，总结了各国发展未来产业的经验，并对我国发展未来产业提出3点启示：未来产业发展应上升为国家战略并统筹编制我国未来产业发展规划与路线图，中国科学院等智库应针对未来产业系统开展研究，以及加大对未来产业关键技术研发布局力度。
英文摘要
In the fourteenth five year plan of China’s central and local governments, it is clearly proposed to develop the future industries. In order to provide decision-making reference for the future industries development plan of China. This paper has analyzed the future industries development plans of major countries in the world. By collecting 22 future industries development plans of 7 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and Russia, this paper summarizes the concept, characteristics, significance and evolution trends of global future industries development. the deployment of the future industries of these seven countries are analyzed in detail, and the experience is summarized at the same time. Three enlightenments are put forward for China: the future industries development should be upgraded to a national strategy and future industries development plan and roadmap of should be planed as a whole, the future industries should be systematically study by think tank, such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, the R&D of the key technologies of the future industries should be strengthened.
