中国共产党在100年的光辉历程中，始终把马克思主义的普遍原理与中国革命、建设和改革各历史时期科技发展实际及时代特征结合起来，不断推进马克思主义科学技术观的中国化。毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中均蕴含着丰富的科技政策思想。这些科技政策思想作为马克思主义科学技术观中国化的系列成果，共同构成中国共产党科技政策思想体系。文章简要回顾百年来中国共产党科技政策思想的发展演进。
英文摘要
In the 100 years of glorious history of the Communist Party of China (CPC), CPC has always been applying Marxism to analyze the actual contexts of scientific and technological developments and historical characteristics at phases of revolution, construction, and reforms, and has been advancing and innovating with times to formulate Chinese Marxism on science and technology policy ideas successively by Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Important Thought of “Three Represents”, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which they together constitute the theoretical system of CPC’s science and technology policy ideas. This article reviews the historical evolution of the CPC’s science and technology policy ideas for the past 100 years in terms of ten dimensions.

Deputy Director of the Party and People Office of the Center for S&T Innovation and Development, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guest Research Fellow of the Specialized Committee of Party Building Research for Scientific Research Institution, China National Party Building Research Society. He mainly engages in researches on party building and policies on scientific & technological innovation and has taken part in the project for Marxist research and development entitled “A Study on Party Building Related to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era” and the research project entitled “Xi Jinping’s Thought on Scientific & Technological Innovation and Study on the Strategy for Building China into a Great Nation in Science and Technology”, which is sponsored by key program of the National Social Science Foundation of China. His research results have won a number of awards including the first prize of the Party Building Research Society of the Central Government Bodies.
