        面对当今复杂多变的国际局势,围绕国家安全和战略发展需求,建设高质量的产业体系,是我国在新的历史时期持续高质量发展的重要保障。文章论述了基础研究作为技术创新的源泉,对产业发展的支撑作用,并提出通过构建基础研究资助导航系统平台,找到基础研究中的薄弱环节,合理布局基础研究方向,实现资源的合理配置,推动建设全链条、高质量的现代产业体系。

        Under current complex and changeable international situation, building high-quality industrial systems according to the needs of national security and strategic development is an important guarantee for national sustained and high-quality development in the new period. As the source of technical innovation, basic research underpins the development of industrial systems. In addition, to strengthen the weakness and insufficience in basic research, we propose that a basic research funding navigation system should be constructed, which would be helpful to identify the key weaknesses in basic research, rationally set up the research direction, and optimize the reasonable allocation of resources, thus promote the establishment of a comprehensive and high-quality modern industrial system.

施一 中国科学院微生物研究所研究员,中国科学院病原微生物与免疫学重点实验室副主任。中国青年科技工作者协会生物与医药科学专业委员会秘书长,中国科学院青年创新促进会第五届理事会理事长。长期从事病原感染调控的分子机制、免疫细胞受体与配体相互作用与识别机制研究,以及药物研发。曾担任国家传染病科技重大专项项目首席,主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、面上项目,以及中国科学院战略性先导科技专项项目、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员项目等。对流感病毒、埃博拉病毒、寨卡病毒、沙粒病毒、冠状病毒等的感染过程进行了深入研究,取得一系列重要进展。发表SCI论文100余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Cell,Nature,Science等期刊发表高质量论文20余篇。

SHI Yi Principal Investigator and Professor at Institute of Microbiology,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).Deputy Director for CAS Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology and Immunology (CASPMI).He is also the Secretary General of the Biological and Medical Sciences Committee of the Chinese Association of Young Scientists and Technologists,Director General of Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS.Dr.Shi mainly focuses on the molecular mechanism of pathogen infection and regulation by the host,and the interaction between receptors and ligands during immune response.He has been supported by the National Science and Technology Major Project (as Chief Scientist),the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the Strategic Priority Research Program of CAS and Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS (excellent member).He has made remarkable contribution on the infection mechanism of several important human pathogens including Influenza virus,Ebola virus,ZIKV,arenavirus,and coronaviruses.More than 100 SCI papers have been published in international academic journals,including more than 20 papers as first or corresponding author (including co-first or corresponding) in Cell,Nature,Science,etc.
