        近年来,随着各类传感技术的蓬勃发展,人类实现了对城市各类数据前所未有的高频监测。多源数据的采集、汇聚、共享、管理、融合、分析、应用和服务可以有效降低城市资源能耗,提升城市管理效率,因此成为城市管理者和民众关注的核心问题。基于此,文章以中新天津生态城空间信息公共平台建设和相关应用为例,系统介绍了空间信息公共平台在智慧城市建设中的核心作用,详细阐述了其中涉及的城市数据体系以及数据汇聚、整理和治理融合方法,提出基于城市数据体系的单指标和综合指标城市脉动分析模型,总结展望了智慧城市实践过程中数据共享、分析及应用服务方面所面临的问题和未来发展方向。
英文摘要
        In recent years, with the rapid development of various types of sensing technology, humans have achieved unprecedented high-frequency monitoring of various types of urban data. The collection, aggregation, sharing, management, integration, analysis, application and service of multi-source data can effectively reduce the energy consumption of urban resources and improve the efficiency of urban management. It becomes the core concern of urban managers and the public. Taking the construction and related applications of the spatial information common platform of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example, this paper systematically introduces the core role of the spatial information common platform in the construction of smart cities. Furthermore, the urban data system and the aggregation, collating and fusion is elaborated. Based on this common platform and these multi-source urban data, a set of single-index and comprehensive-index urban pulsation analysis methods are proposed. Finally, the future development directions of smart city practice in data sharing, analysis and application services are prospected.

YAO Xiaojing Received the Ph.D.degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,and now serves as an Assistant Professor in Aerospace Information Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).Her research interests include smart city livable application technology and spatio-temporal mining model.She presided over or participated in 14 items of national or local projects,won 14 national or provincial awards,published 32 papers,applied for 14 patents and wrote 2 monographs as the main author.

池天河 中国科学院空天信息创新研究院研究员,博士生导师。中国科学院大学智慧城市协同创新与产业联盟秘书长。研究方向为智慧城市数据共享、应用技术及产业化,主持国家科技支撑计划、"863"项目、国家和省部级产业化重大项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目30余项,获中国科学院科技进步奖一等奖、国家科技进步奖2项、海南省科技进步奖一等奖、云南省科技进步奖一等奖、福建省科技进步奖一等奖等,发表科技论文200余篇。

CHI Tianhe Professor and doctoral tutor of Aerospace Information Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),Secretary General of the Smart City Collaborative Innovation and Industry Alliance of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.His research interests include smart city data sharing,application technology,and its industrialization.He hosted more than 30 national science and technology support plans,863 projects,national and provincial industrialization projects,and major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.He was awarded the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the National Science and Technology Progress Award,the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Hainan Province,the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Yunnan Province,and the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Fujian Province.He has published more than 200 scientific papers.
