        能源是国家赖以生存和发展的物质基础。以能源绿色转型发展支撑经济社会的高质量发展,是一项长期而艰巨的任务。构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系是我国未来能源发展的重大战略目标,而科技创新是实现这一目标的关键。文章在分析我国能源发展现状的基础上,指出了我国能源发展存在的主要问题及面临的重大挑战,提出了以化石能源清洁高效利用与耦合替代、清洁能源多能优势互补与规模应用、低碳化多能战略融合为主线的能源科技发展新思路和战略建议。
英文摘要
        Energy is the material basis for the survival and development of a country. Sustainable high-quality development of the economic society with the green transformation of energy resources is a long-term and tough task. The construction of clean, lowcarbon, safe and highly efficient energy system is an important strategic goal putting forward by the government for the future energy development of China, while technological innovation is the key to such goal. Based on the analysis of Chinese energy development status, major problems and great challenges, combining with global energy development trends, this study proposed a new idea on the development strategy of energy technology of China, the main line of which is the clean and efficient use of fossil resources and coupling substitution, multi-energy complementarity and scale application of clean energy, and the low-carbon multi-energy strategic integration.

刘中民 中国工程院院士,研究员,博士生导师。第十三届全国政协委员,大连市政协第十三届委员会副主席,民盟大连市第十四届委员会主任委员。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所及青岛生物能源与过程研究所所长、甲醇制烯烃国家工程实验室主任、国家能源低碳催化与工程研发中心主任。中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A类)"变革性洁净能源关键技术与示范"负责人。长期从事应用催化研究,完成了世界首次甲醇制烯烃(DMTO)技术工业性试验及首次工业化,DMTO技术已实现技术实施许可1 313万吨烯烃/年,已投产646万吨烯烃/年;完成了世界首套10万吨/年煤基乙醇工业示范项目,引领了我国新兴煤制大宗化学品和清洁燃料产业的发展。

LIU Zhongmin Professor,Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,Director of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).In 2006,as a leading scientist,Prof.Liu,together with partners and his colleagues,has successfully accomplished the industrial demonstration test of double methanol to olefin (DMTO) technology.Based on DMTO technology,the world's first commercial MTO unit has been built by Shenhua group,which was a milestone in the fields of coal to chemicals.Besides DMTO,Prof.Liu has also developed many other new catalysts and catalytic processes,such as methanol to ethanol,propylene to isopropanol,and methanol to dimethyl ether.Recently,the world's first coal-to-ethanol (methanol to ethanol) demonstration plant (100 KTA ethanol) has been commissioned.
