野外科学观测研究站是生态学、地学、农学、环境科学、材料科学等领域开展长期定位观测和科研工作的创新基地，是国家科技创新体系不可或缺的重要组成部分。中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所专家在多年跟踪调研基础上，结合当前国家科技创新和生态文明建设需求，建议在国家层面加强对野外科学观测研究站的重视和统筹，加大野外站的稳定支持力度，夯实我国基础研究领域的这一重要阵地。
英文摘要
Field scientific observation and research station is the innovation base for researchers in the field of ecology, geosciences, agriculture, environmental science, material science, and other fields to carry out long-term observation and scientific research. It is the indispensable and important component of national science and technology innovation system. Based on multi-year followup investigation, combined with the current national science and technology innovation and ecological civilization construction requirements, the experts from the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, advise that the importance and coordination of field scientific observation research should be enhanced on the national level, as well as the stable support for the field observation stations, thus strengthening this important base for the fundamental research.

高春东 中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所党委副书记，中国矿业大学（北京）管理学院博士研究生。先后毕业于武汉大学、中央财经大学，获理学学士、经济学硕士学位。长期从事科技、教育等领域的管理工作，曾参与国家和中国科学院一些重要文件的起草，主持或参与起草了一些重要政策咨询报告。主要研究方向为科技教育管理。

GAO Chundong He received his B.Sc. from Wuhan University, thereafter M.Ec from the CentralUniversity of Finance and Economics. He has been working on project management in the field oftechnology and education. He involved in drafting multiple important documents of the Chinese Government and Chinese Academyof Sciences (CAS). He also involved in drafting several important policy advice reports. He is now a Ph.D. student in School ofManagement, China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing, and he is a staff member of Institute of Geographic Sciences andNatural Resources Research, CAS. His research focuses on scientific technological education management.

His research focuses on model-data fusion of terrestrialecosystem carbon cycle and ecoinformatics.
