        养殖环境优化调控和智能养殖技术与装备是现代规模化畜禽养殖的重要技术支撑。影响畜牧业可持续发展的生物安全问题、畜牧环保问题和畜禽产品质量安全问题都与养殖环境控制和养殖装备技术密切相关。文章重点围绕养殖环境智能调控、畜禽健康状态智能辨识和饲养过程智能管理3个技术领域,以热环境、空气质量和光照为主要环境调控因素,分析了养殖环境对畜禽健康的影响以及国内外环境调控的最新技术方法,介绍了以生理、行为、声音和个体自动化实时监测为途径的畜禽健康状态智能辨识技术,以及精准饲喂、机械清粪、畜产品自动收取和养殖信息系统管理等养殖过程智能管理技术与装备的发展现状以及存在的问题。提出了加快畜禽养殖环境调控与智能养殖技术研发与推广应用的相关建议,旨在为我国畜禽养殖业的绿色转型升级和健康可持续发展提供理论依据和技术支撑。
英文摘要
        Environmental control technology, management, and intelligent equipment are critical components for modern intensive livestock and poultry farming, having great impacts on its biosecurity, animal environment, and product quality, which are considered as the mostly important issues for the sustainable development of animal husbandry. Focusing on three important areas of intelligent control of animal housing environment, intelligent identification of livestock and poultry health, and intelligent feeding management, taking thermal environment, air quality, and light environment as main factors in particular, this study technically analyzes the impact of housing environment on animals' health and the state-of-the-art technical methods on environmental manipulation in the world. Also presented in the paper is the current status of intelligent identification technology of livestock and poultry health based on physiological, behavioral, sound, and individual automatic monitoring, the intelligent feeding management and techniques, as well as equipment, including precision feeding, mechanical manure cleaning, auto-collection of animal products, and comprehensive management of animal production information. Based on summary of existing issues and challenges, relevant suggestions on research and development in future are given. The paper aims at providing theoretical basis and technical support on the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of China's livestock and poultry industry.

杨飞云 重庆市畜牧科学院动物营养研究所所长,农业农村部西南设施养殖工程科学观测实验站站长,养猪科学重庆市市级重点实验室副主任。国务院政府特殊津贴专家,全国农业科研杰出人才及创新团队,重庆市有突出贡献中青年专家。主要从事动物营养需要研究、饲料资源开发利用、畜禽健康养殖关键技术研究和成果推广工作。主持和参加国家科技计划及省部级科研项目30余项。研究成果获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、省部级科技成果奖励7项,获授权国家专利10余项,发表科研论文70余篇,出版著作5部。

YANG Feiyun Director of the Animal Nutrition Institute in Chongqing Academy of Animal Sciences, the Stationmaster of Scientific Observation and Experiment Station of Southwest Facility Aquaculture Engineering, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Deputy Director of Chongqing Key Laboratory of Pig Industry Sciences. Dr. Yang is also an expert enjoyed the special government allowance of the State Council, an outstanding talent of agricultural research in China and leading an innovative team, and a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Chongqing. His research programs focus on the animal nutritional requirements, the development and utilization of feed resources, and the key technology of health farming in livestock and poultry. Dr. Yang's scholarly accomplishments include author/co-author of 70 refereed journal articles; 5 published books; 10 authorized invention patents; and PI of over 30 national and provincial projects. He wins one second prize of National Science and Technology Advancement Award and 7 other scientific awards of ministerial and provincial levels.

刘作华 重庆市畜牧科学院院长,农业农村部养猪科学重点实验室主任、农业农村部种猪质量监督检验测试中心(重庆)主任。国务院政府特殊津贴享受者、百千万人才工程国家级人选、现代农业产业技术体系岗位科学家、农业农村部科学技术委员会委员。全国先进工作者、全国优秀科技工作者、全国农业科研杰出人才、新中国成立60周年重庆市杰出英模。主要从事猪的营养与饲料科学技术的研究和推广工作,先后主持参加了国家重大科技计划及省部级科研项目50余项;获国家科技进步奖二等奖2项、省部级成果奖17项,获授权专利及版权登记20余项,发表论文150余篇,出版著作10余部。

LIU Zuohua President of Chongqing Academy of Animal Sciences, and is currently serving as the Director of the MARA Key Laboratory of Pig Industry Sciences, and the Center of Quality Test and Supervision for Breeding Swine (Chongqing), the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Dr. Liu has been enjoyed the Special government allowances of the State Council, and is a person selected for the 100 Million Talents Project, the post scientist of Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology Systems and the member of the Science and Technology Committee in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He was rated as national advanced worker, national excellent scientific and technological worker, outstanding talent of agricultural research in China, and one of Chongqing outstanding models at the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of New China. His research programs focus on the research and application of nutrition and feed sciences in pigs. Dr. Liu's scholarly accomplishments include author/co-author of 150 refereed journal articles; over 10 published books; 20 authorized invention patents or copyright registrations; and PI of over 50 national and provincial projects. He wins two second prizes of National Science and Technology Advancement Award and 17 other scientific awards of ministerial and provincial levels.

LI Baoming Professor of China Agricultural University, a national excellent scientific and technological worker, as well as an outstanding teacher in Beijing. He is currently serving as the Director of the MARA Key Laboratory Cluster of Facility Agriculture Engineering, and the Director of Beijing Engineering Research Center on Animal Healthy Environment. Prof. Li is the Co-chair of International Research Center for Animal Environment and Welfare, and the Chair of the Animal Husbandry Section of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering (CSAE). He is an outstanding talent of agricultural research in China, and leading an innovative team in animal housing and environment. His research focuses on new production technology for livestock and poultry, welfare-friendly production systems, and environmental control technology. Prof. Li's scholarly accomplishments include author/co-author of 300 refereed journal articles; over 10 published books; 30 authorized invention patents; and PI of over 30 national and provincial projects. He wins over 10 scientific awards at the national, ministerial and provincial levels.
