        2017年3月12日国务院同意并发布了由文化部、工业和信息化部、财政部制定的《中国传统工艺振兴计划》,确定了“振兴传统工艺”的重大任务。广大科技工作者和人文社会科学工作者应该抓住这个历史机遇,立足国情,增强现代科学意识,建立研究中国传统工艺的国学价值、多元社会模式技术文化一体结构和对外交流的宏观框架,提取其独有的生命力要素,包括有国家制度的技术、有价值体系的技术、有社会结构的技术、有中国故事的技术、有丰富历史文献的技术和有专业知识的技术等,提升自我阐释能力和未来传承能力,增加文化自信,积极弘扬中国优秀传统文化。同时,也要掌握现代世界知识体系,做到中西互视,拿出高质量的科研成果,制定世界对话与合作的有效对策,增加国际话语权。此外,还应将那些坚持民族文化主体性的、兼具跨文化视野和具体操作个案的,以及中西学界共享优秀学术成果延伸到我国高等教育中去,加速学科建设,重视人才培养工作,使振兴传统工艺的系列工作成为服务于我国现代化建设和丰富世界文明对话内涵的高端事业。
英文摘要
        Chinese government has recently enacted documents to revitalize the traditional crafts, determining this significant task from a strategic perspective. Most scientific and technical scholars as well as the ones of humanities and social science should seize this unprecedented historical opportunity, base upon the situation of China, strengthen modern science consciousness, establish the social system of technology and culture which focuses on the sinological value of traditional Chinese craft and forms a style of its own, and extract the solid and distinctive vitality elements including state system technology, value system technology, social structure technology, cultural narrative or Chinese story technology, and the technology with rich historical documents and oral tradition, etc. We should improve the ability of self-interpretation and future inheritance, increase China's cultural confidence, and carry forward China's excellent traditional culture. At the same time, we should also master the knowledge system of the modern world, analyze the basic problems of mutual respect between China and the West, produce high-quality scientific research achievements, formulate effective countermeasures for dialogue and cooperation, and increase the power of international discourse. In addition, the shared excellent academic achievements between Chinese and western circles with national culture subjectivity, transcultural perspective, and specific operation case should be extended to China's higher education to quicken discipline construction and attach great importance to talent cultivation, making the revitalization of traditional crafts a high-end business in the service of China's modernization and enriching the connotation of the world civilization dialogue.

董晓萍 北京师范大学教授,北京师范大学中国民间文化研究所所长,北京师范大学跨文化研究院院长,教育部人文社科重点研究基地北京师范大学民俗典籍文字研究中心副主任。国际民俗学会会员。国务院学位办第六届、第七届学科评议组社会学组成员兼召集人,文化部国家非物质文化遗产保护专家委员会委员。主持并完成国家社会基金重大项目"我国文化软实力发展战略研究"等。曾与同仁集体获国家级教学成果奖一等奖和北京市普通高校教学成果奖一等奖。获北京市哲学社会科学优秀著作奖一等奖等。出版著作70余种,发表论文逾350篇。

DONG Xiaoping Professor of Folkloristics,Dean of both Research Institute for Chinese Folk Culture and College of Transcultural Studies in Beijing Normal University (BNU),Deputy Dean of Center for Folklore,Classics and Chinese Characters,BNU,Key Social Science Research Base under the Ministry of Education,PRC.From 1995 to present,she is the member of International Folklore Fellows in Finland.From 2008 to present,she is the member and director of 6th and 7th Disciplines Evaluation in Sociology of the Academic Degrees Committee of China State Council,and the invited specialist of Committee of China Intangible Cultural Heritage at Ministry of Culture of China as well.She hosted and completed the major project of "National Strategy Research of Cultural Soft Power of China" as a chief export supported by Chinese National Social Science Foundation,etc.As a team,she and her colleagues won First Prize in Teaching Achievement by Ministry of Education of China and First Prize in Teaching Achievement by Higher Education Committee of Beijing Municipality.She also won the First Prize in Academic Research Publication of Philosophy and Social Science.She has published over 70 books and 350 articles in both China and abroad.
