拉美地区因其独特的地缘位置、自然资源优势及相对开放灵活的政策环境，正逐渐成为国际上重要的科技创新区域。近年来，中拉合作关系热度持续升高。文章以文献计量为基础，对拉美科技发展现状、世界各国对拉美科技合作情况以及中国科学院与该地区国家合作情况进行分析，基于固有合作基础，探讨未来对拉合作的建议思路及举措。
