近年来，我国在作物育种领域开始应用分子标记辅助育种，自动化种子切片机是影响育种规模的关键设备，相关技术发展非常迅速，未来将提高我国作物育种水平。文章论述了自动种子切片机在作物育种中的意义，国际、国内发展现状及其技术原理，并对我国第一套商业化育种种子切片设备的技术特点进行详细介绍，指明了我国育种种子切片设备的发展方向。

作者简介
翟晨光 中玉金标记(北京)生物技术股份有限公司分子标记科学家、研发部经理。2003年毕业于华南热带农业大学,获硕士学位。曾任先正达生物(中国)科技有限公司植物分子平台科学家,负责Assay开发、植物基因表达和拷贝数检测。长期从事作物分子育种相关技术研发,已发表外文文章2篇,申请相关专利16项。现主要负责标记开发、分子检测方法、分子育种设备等研发工作。

ZHAI Chenguang Molecular maker scientist and innovation and cooperation manager in China Gold Maker (Beijing) Biotech Co.,Ltd..He received Master degree from Tropical Agricultural University of South China in 2003,worked as associate researcher of molecular platform in Beijing WMKT agricultural Biotech Corp in 2003-2009,engaged in the research on molecular design,functional gene and plant genetic transformation.In 2009-2014,as molecular biology scientist he worked with Syngenta Biotechnology (China) Co.Ltd.,engaged in assay development and assaying plant gene expression and gene copy number.From 2014 till now,he has been molecular maker scientists and innovation and cooperation manager in China Gold Maker,responsible for research on plant molecular breeding technology,such as molecular markers,molecular detection methods,molecular breeding equipment,and so on.In these years,he has applied for 16 patents and published 2 articles related to crop molecular breeding in foreign language.

LU Hong Ph.D.,CEO and CTO of China Golden Marker (Beijing) Biotech Co.Ltd.,China central government Thousand Talents Recruitment title list,Beijing municipal Oversea Talents Recruitment program title list,visiting professor of China Agriculture University.Dr.Lu earned his Ph.D.degree from Purdue University in Plant Genetics and Breeding,and conducted post doctorate training at Cornell University.He is specialized in crop molecular marker technology and molecular breeding,particularly in QTL mapping,GWAS,heterosis,and quantitative genetics.He holds 4 international patents and 6 China patents,and has published over 10 SCI indexed papers.Dr.Lu used to work for DuPont-Pioneer as its molecular marker lab manager.He also worked for Syngenta as its China Corn PD Head,and Global Rice Biotech Program Head,respectively.
