粮食供给侧结构性改革是农业供给侧改革的重要内容，其中发展专用品牌粮食是推进粮食供给侧结构性改革的新引擎。文章阐述了发展专用品牌粮食与粮食供给侧结构性改革的关联性，并以安徽三泰面粉有限公司实际调研数据，分析阐述发展专用品牌粮食的经济、社会和生态效益，在此基础上，提出发展专用品牌粮食的政策建议。
英文摘要
The supply-side structural reform of grain is an important part of supply-side structural reform of agriculture. The development of special brand of grain is a new engine of supply-side structural reform of grain. This paper expounds the relationship between the development of special brand of grain and supply-side structural reform of agriculture, and based on the data of Anhui Santai Ltd, calculates and analyzes the ecomical, social, and ecological benefits for special brand of grain, and proposes policies and measures of developping the special brand of grain.

Sun Zhengdong Received Ph.D.degree in Economics from Beijing Jiaotong University,Beijing,China,in 2016.His current research interests include agriculture economics.He has published more than 20 papers on the serial academic periodicals,such as Business Management Journal,Academics,Soils,People's Daily,Farmers'Daily,etc.,and published "The Development of Ecological Civilization with Chinese Characteristics,Study of Theoretical Analysis and Practical Paradigm of Modern Agricultural Business Alliance",and other works.He served as the deputy director of Xuancheng,the member of Xuancheng Municipal Party Committee of the CPC,and secretary of Ningguo Municipal Committee of the CPC,deputy secretary-general of the Anhui Provincial Government,and director of the Agricultural Committee of Anhui Province.He is now the deputy secretary of Fuyang Municipal Committee of the CPC and mayor of Fuyang in Anhui Province.E-mail:zhengdong_sun@126.com
