文章围绕农业综合开发推进农业供给侧结构性改革，首先简要介绍了农业综合开发的基本职能和已取得的成效，并从基础设施建设、扶持特色产业、培育新型主体、推进生态治理等方面分析了在农业供给侧结构性改革中能够发挥的重要作用；其次重点阐述了农业综合开发推进田园综合体的重要意义、理念内涵、主要思路；最后从农业综合开发发挥科技的作用，提出要把"藏粮于地"和"藏粮于技"紧密结合，加强与中国科学院的联系合作，从而为农业综合开发插上科技之翼，助力农业供给侧结构性改革。
英文摘要
This study focuses on promoting the agricultural supply-side structural reform by agricultural comprehensive development. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the basic functions and achievements of agricultural comprehensive development, and the important role that can be played in the agricultural supply-side structural reform is analyzed from the aspects of infrastructure construction, supporting characteristic industries, fostering new type subjects, and promoting ecological management. Secondly, this paper mainly expounds the significance, concept, and main ideas of agricultural comprehensive development promoting the pastoral complex. Finally, based on the role that the science and technology play in the agricultural comprehensive development, a suggestion is given that "storing grain in ground" and "storing grain in technology" should be closely integrated, also, ties and cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences should be strengthened, so then science and technology could be better used to accelerate the agricultural comprehensive development, thus actively boosting the agricultural supplyside structural reform.
