文章在当代建筑学演进的国际语境中,探究了建成遗产在保护与再生前提下的传承问题,讨论了与建成遗产密切相关的原型理论及其发展脉络,提出了原型与原创关系的系列观点,概括了原型在现代建筑中的传承方式。此外,还进一步触及了中国古都结构原型在历史城市进化中的影响作用,并通过笔者主持的旧城保护与再生案例分析,讨论了建成遗产在“城市修补”中的再生和传承途径,以及历史环境在新旧共生中的再生策略。
英文摘要
This article discusses the inheritance issues of built heritage under the background of its conservation and regeneration in the international context of modern architecture, and the development of the archetypal theories close to the built heritage. It presents a series of viewpoints on the relationship between archetype and innovation, comprehends the serious ways of inheritance reflected in modern architecture. Furthermore, it touches the influences of the Chinese capitol archetype on the historic city evolution. In addition, the author still introduces the approaches of built heritage inheritance in the historic city mending and symbiotic relationship between old and new in the historic environment.

常青 中科院院士,美国建筑师学会荣誉会士(Hon. FAIA)。现任同济大学学术委员会委员、城乡历史环境再生研究中心主任,建筑与城市规划学院责任教授,《建筑遗产》、Built Heritage(新创国际线上学刊)主编。1957年8月13日生于西安,工学博士,上海市政协常委。曾长期主持同济大学建筑系工作(2003—2014年任系主任),专注于建筑学新领域探索,拓展"历史环境再生"学科方向,领衔创办国内第一个"历史建筑保护工程"专业。主持完成 5 项国家级课题研究,出版专著 4 部、编著 4 部、参著 5 部,译著 3 部,发表论文70 余篇。培养毕业博士研究生逾 30 名,其中10名获上海市优秀博士学位论研究成果奖。主持和主创从上海外滩地段到西藏日喀则宗山的建成遗产保护与再生重大工程多项。获第四届国家图书奖最高奖、教育部科技进步奖二等奖、上海市科技进步奖二等奖,上海市建筑学会建筑创作奖优秀奖(两度)、教育部优秀工程勘察设计一等奖、全国优秀工程勘察设计行业奖一等奖、瑞士首届Holcim国际可持续建筑大奖赛亚太地区唯一金奖、亚洲建筑界最高奖——亚洲建筑师协会建筑金奖、联合国教科文组织亚太文化遗产保护荣誉奖等奖项。E-mail:changqingtj@vip.sina.com
Chang Qing Born in Xi'an, Ph.D. in Architecture, is a senior professor, Member of Academic Committee, Tongji University, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Honorary Fellow of American Institute of Architects, Editor-in-chief of Heritage Architecture (in Chinese) and Built Heritage (in English). Chang Qing was the Head of Department of Architecture from 2003 to 2014. He is a leading scholar in the fields of traditional Chinese architecture and built heritage conservation and regeneration, headed to found the first program of Historic Preservation in China. He has been exploring in the emerging academic field for "historic environment regeneration". In 2003, he founded the first interdisciplinary-based architectural conservation program of China mainland in Tongji University. Based on historical study with comparative and anthropological perspectives, his researches and practices persist in discovery and revitalization of the values of traditional architecture and Chinese culture. Chang Qing is the author, chief editor, and co-editor of more than 10 monographs and edited books as well as more than 70 academic papers in Chinese and international journals, primarily focusing on the conservation and regeneration of historic urban and rural environment. Moreover, he has also supervised more than 30 doctoral students, 10 of whom were awarded the Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award. Chang Qing completed many architectural conservation and revitalization design projects from Shanghai to Tibet, won the internationa and national awards such as Gold Medal of ARCASIA Awards for Architecture (2015), First Prize in Survey and Design of China Society of Survey and Design (2011), UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Award, Honorable Mention (2010), First Prize of Architectural Design of the Shanghai Society of Architecture (2008), and Gold Medal of Holcim Award in Sustainable Construction Asia-Pacific Region (2005).
