为加强湿地保护,国家出台了《全国湿地保护工程规划(2002-2030年)》,三江平原湿地被列为首批重点保护和恢复工程项目区,目前工程已实施超过10年,对工程的实施成效进行评估具有重要意义。本研究利用2000-2015年的遥感数据,并结合地理信息系统及模型模拟方法,对三江平原湿地保护工程实施后的湿地面积及分布、湿地景观结构、生态系统质量、生态系统服务能力等进行初步评估。研究结果显示,2000-2015年期间,三江平原湿地面积减少2 508.55 km2,其中2000-2010年间湿地面积减小速率为209.40 km2/a;2010-2015年间,湿地减少速度变缓,湿地减少速率为89.91 km2/a;2000-2015年间湿地平均斑块面积先减小后增大;2000-2015年期间湿地植被覆盖度由91.8%减小至74.0%;自实施湿地保护工程以来,三江平原湿地植被净初级生产力(NPP)有所增加,但水禽栖息地支持能力明显下降。
英文摘要
In order to strengthen wetland protection, regulations called "The National Wetland Protection Project (2002-2030)" were issued by China's central government. Among the projects, wetlands in the Sanjiang Plain were given priority for restoration and protection. In this study, remote sensing data obtained from 2000 to 2015 are adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of wetland protection project in the aspects of area and distribution, landscape patterns, ecosystem quality, and ecosystem services. The results showed that, since 2000, the area extend of wetlands is decreased by 2508.55 km2, the decrease rates of 2000-2010 and 2010-2015 are 209.40 km2/year and 89.91 km2/year, respectively. The mean size of wetland patches decreased first and increased then. Although wetland vegetation coverage decreased from 91.8% to 74.0%, the net primary productivity (NPP) and the waterfowl habitat supporting service are slightly increased.
