中国持续健康发展的基本历史经验及启示

Historical Experience and Implications for China's Comprehensive, Balanced and Sustainable Economic Development

        通过梳理新中国成立以来60多年经济发展的正反两方面的经验，将中国保持持续、健康发展的基本历史经验总结为：（1）保持了较高的广义积累率，使得发展可持续、有后劲；（2）充分尊重企业发展主体的同时，政府作为推动发展和调控发展的主体，实现发展的自发性和自觉性的统一；（3）实现不平衡性与平衡性的辩证统一，推动经济发展的螺旋式上升；（4）实现自主性开放，从而成为全球化的赢家；（5）通过两个发挥两个积极性，实现人民的主体性。

        Through reviewing 60 years experience of China's historical economic development, this article draw some conclusions for China's comprehensive, balanced and sustainable economic development. Firstly, maintain high generalized accumulation rate to keep momentum for sustainable development. Secondly, enterprises shall be fully respected in development while government should promote and coordinate development to realize the autonomy of development. Thirdly, critically combine both imbalance and balance to facilitate the spiral upward of economic growth. Fourthly, implement automatic opening-up and become the winner of globalization. Fifthly, bring into full play of two enthusiasms to realize people's subjectivity.
