        知识产权是创新型企业的核心财富。知识产权创新资源与金融资源的有效配置，对于加快知识产权创新成果转化为现实生产力，支撑和引领产业高端发展、转型发展和科学发展具有重要意义。文章全面梳理了中关村近年来开展的知识产权与银行、保险、基金等金融资源相融合的知识产权金融创新工作，在深刻剖析实践中存在问题的基础上，提出了继续深入推进中关村知识产权金融创新工作的新思考。

        Intellectual property is the core wealth of innovative enterprises. The effective allocation of resources between intellectual property and financial resources is speeding up the transformation of intellectual property rights for innovation achievements into practical productive forces. It is of great significance to support and lead the industry to develop high-end, transformation and scientific development. This paper takes Zhongguancun Science Park as an example, elaborates on a comprehensive review of the financial innovation of intellectual property, to carry out the integration of intellectual property and banking, insurance, funds and other financial resources in recent years. This paper suggests new thinking to promote the financial innovation of intellectual property based on the profound analysis of practice problems in Zhongguancun Science Park.
