        国际标准化战略研究是一项长期、系统的工作，随着国内外环境的不断变化，研究需要一个不断深化和完善的过程。文章分析了战略规划的相关概念和构成要素；以ISO 历次战略规划的制定实施过程为研究对象，提出供我国标准化发展借鉴的若干启示。

        The international standardization strategic research is a long-term and systematic task. With the constant changes in domestic and overseas environments, the research needs to be deepened and improved constantly. This article analyzes the relevant concepts and constituents of the strategic plan, researches the formulation and implementation of the past ISO strategic plans and draws the enlightenment from research, providing useful references for China's standardization development.
