        文章分析了我国科技人才队伍建设的3个热点问题,包括评价导向、人员流动和薪酬激励,介绍了国际上科技发达国家的相关实践与理念,并提出了对策与建议。

        This paper analyzes three hot spot problems in the construction of the contingent of Chinese S&T talents,including the evaluation orientation,personnel mobility and salary stimulation,introduces related practice and idea in S&T developed countries internationally,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
