探析青年科技人才成长的影响因素

Exploring and Analyzing the Factors Influencing the Growing-up of Young Scientific and Tschnological Talents

        文章简要介绍了国内外青年科技人才工作的历史和现状,归纳了青年科技人才成长所面临的问题,对制约青年科技人才成长的因素进行了重点分析,结合中科院的人才工作,提出了一些加强青年科技人才工作的措施建议,并对有关青年科技人才成长的若干问题进行了思考。

        This paper briefly introduces the history and present condition about the young scientific and technological talents affairs at home and abroad, and induces the problems occurring in the process of the growing-up of young scientific and technological talents. It lays special stress on analyzing the factors restricting the growing-up of young scientific and technological talents, and gives some suggestions on the measures to strengthen young scientific and technological talents affairs by combining the practice of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Certain relevant problems about the growing-up of young scientific and technological talents are also considered and discussed in this paper.
