The paper firstly introduces some knowledge of project management. Then it looks back to the research, practice and achievements of CAST project management. After analyzing of needs and problems of CAST project status, introduces the project management engineering of CAST, including the objects, methods and achievements. Besides, this paper give a prospect of CAST and Chinese space project management.
