用科学发展观统率矿产资源工作

        最近,中国的国民经济建设遭遇到矿产资源需求的瓶颈。为解决这一问题,必须用科学发展观来统率矿产资源工作:既要节流,更要开源;既要立足于国内,也要走向世界。如何找矿?应用现代地球科学理论和技术来探索矿产资源的时空分布规律,按照“区域约束局部,深层制约浅层”,分层次地开展找矿工作。

        The national ecnomic construction of China is meeting recently the bottle neck of the requirement with mineral resoures. In order to solut this problem, it is neceecary in command the works of mineral resoures by the scientific development view: not only saving the materials,but also developing the soures;not only stand up in our territory, but also go toward the world. How to search out mineral resoures? Practical experence indicate that applying the modern theory and technology of earth sciences to explore the time and space distribution low of mineral resoures, according to the region controls the portion,the deep layer inflents the shallow layer, and develop the mining prospecging in different sacles.
