本文回顾了我院历史上“自在”的科学思想库功能并借鉴国外现代思想库建设的成功经验,对国家科学思想库建设的一些基本问题进行了初步探讨,最后对我院建设“国家科学思想库”提出了几点思考和建议。

This paper reviews function of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) as the state science think tank in history and good experience of state science think tanks in foreign countries. The paper discusses some basic issues on building the state science think tank and proposes some advice to building the Chinese state science think tank at the CAS.
