Social Monitroing System Based on Public Attitudes Survey

        社会预警系统是指长期追踪公众社会态度变化的调查。通过了解公众的生活和职业满意感,对各级政府和基层干部工作的满意度,对社会问题的判断,以及应对社会问题的行为意向,可以有效辨识社会不稳定因素,提请有关行政部门解决问题,化社会不稳定事件于未然。本文介绍了中科院心理所开展社会预警研究的基本构想和实践,以及须解决的若干关键问题。

        Social monitoring system refers to a longitudinal public attitudes survey. Social problems can be found by the survey on public satisfactions on their lives, occupations, and administration behaviors of government and line officers, judgments on social problems, and coping behavior intentions with the social problems. This article also introduces the conceptual framework and practices on social monitoring research of the author.
