        金融业特别是商业银行系统的资源优化配置和风险管理在国民经济中起着极其重要的作用。中国科学院和中国社会科学院金融与管理科学研究组 ,围绕商业银行经营管理、金融市场变化和风险管理等重大理论和实际问题进行了研究 ,提出了相应的对策与建议 ;并结合当前商业银行亟待解决的问题 ,与商业银行开展广泛合作研究 ,为商业银行经营调整、风险防范提供决策支持

        The optimized resource distribution and risk management in financial industry, especially in the commercial bank system, play extreme important roles in national economy. Members of the Research Group on Finance and Management Science sponsored by CAS and CASS have engaged in studying for years the business management, financial market and risk management in commercial banks. They have collaborated closely with commercial banks, aiming at those practical problems urgently needed to be solved. Their research provides decision support for business reconstruction and risk prevention in commercial banks.
