        钱学森是一位为中国战略核武器研制作出杰出贡献的战略科学家。他主持制订中国火箭与导弹发展计划，创建火箭科研与设计体系，指导设计队伍掌握火箭设计技术，建立型号研制系统工程管理方法，带领研制队伍走上自主发展的道路。作为“两弹结合”试验的技术负责人，他及时组织研制出“东风二号甲”火箭，部署与解决了许多关键技术问题，还协助聂荣臻指挥飞行试验并取得圆满成功。钱学森的科研理念与管理思想，对当前高水平科技自立自强工作具有重要的借鉴价值。

        Qian Xuesen is a strategic scientist who has made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s strategic nuclear weapons. He presided over the formulation of China’s rocket and missile development plan, established the rocket research and design system, guided the design team to master the rocket design technology, established the model development system engineering management method, and led the development team to embark on the road of independent development. As the technical leader of the “Combination of Two Bombs” test, he promptly organized the development of the “Dongfeng 2A” rocket, deployed and solved many key technical problems, and also assisted Nie Rongzhen to command the flight test and achieved complete success. Qian Xuesen’s scientific research ideas and management thoughts have important reference value for the current high-level scientific and technological self-reliance work.
