        智能经济是人工智能驱动的新经济形态，也是新的技术-经济范式革命，推动生产要素、生产函数、生产模式实现质的跃升。智能经济通过数据驱动、人机协同、跨界融合、共创分享等维度赋能高质量发展。面对智能经济在技术、要素、产业、生态、治理等方面带来的变革，要从科技创新、要素配置、产业转型、生态建设和治理体系等方面系统施策，培育发展智能经济新形态，为高质量发展注入强劲动能。

        The intelligent economy is a new economic model driven by artificial intelligence, representing a revolutionary shift in the technological-economic paradigm that promotes qualitative advancement in production factors, production functions, and production models. Through data-driven approaches, human-machine collaboration, cross-sector integration, and co-creation and sharing, the intelligent economy empowers high-quality development. In response to the transformations brought by the intelligent economy in terms of technology, factors, industries, ecosystems, and governance, systematic measures should be taken across scientific innovation, factor allocation, industrial transformation, ecosystem building, and governance systems to foster the emergence of new forms of the intelligent economy and inject strong momentum into high-quality development.
