        概念验证中心作为推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合“最初一公里”的关键载体,在成果评估、风险控制与成果转化等方面的支点作用日益凸显。文章系统梳理了我国概念验证中心建设的阶段性成效,针对当前概念验证中心发展中面临的缺少价值共识的制度体系、价值共享的协同渠道、价值共生的资源配置等问题,剖析了中国科学院科技创新发展中心概念验证中心在推动政产学研金服用深度融合与科技成果高效转化中的实践探索,提出构建以“主体-资本-产业-服务”体系化协同为核心的概念验证系统优化路径。
英文摘要
        As a crucial vehicle for the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation in the “first mile”, the proof-of-concept(PoC) center is increasingly playing a pivotal role in areas such as outcome assessment, risk control, and technology transfer. This study systematically reviews the phased achievements in the construction of PoC centers in China. It addresses the challenges faced in the current development of PoC centers, including the lack of a value consensus in the institutional system, value-sharing collaborative channels, and value-coexisting resource allocation. The study analyzes the practical explorations of the PoC Center under the Science and Technology Innovation and Development Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences(hereinafter referred to as the “CAS PoC Center”) in promoting the deep integration of government, industry, academia, research, finance, and application, as well as the efficient transfer of scientific and technological achievements. It proposes an optimized path for the construction of a PoC system, with a core focus on the systematic collaboration of “entities-capital-industry-services”.
