        在城市更新和能源转型两大战略机遇的驱动下，地下空间产业将迎来新一轮发展高潮。文章聚焦城市更新进程中的地下空间提质增效、新型能源体系建设过程中的地下空间资源利用，梳理了产业重点发展方向。基于“因地制宜、因城施策”的布局原则，结合全国各区域自身经济社会条件和资源禀赋，提出了差异化区域产业布局策略。未来，应遵循“政策市场双轮驱动、坚持科技创新和产业化应用、深化产业链协同和要素高效配置、创新商业模式和投融资机制”的产业发展路径，加快实现地下空间产业发展壮大。

        Driven by the two strategic opportunities of urban renewal and energy transition, the underground space industry is set to experience a new round of development boom. This study focuses on the improvement and efficiency enhancement of underground space during the urban renewal process and the utilization of underground space resource for the new energy system construction, and sorts out the key development directions of the industry. Based on the layout principle of “tailoring measures to local conditions and cities”, and in combination with the social and economic conditions and resource endowment of each region across the country, differentiated regional industrial layout strategy has been proposed. In the future, following the industrial development path of “dualwheel drive from policy and market, adhering to technological innovation and industrialization application, deepening industrial chain collaboration and efficient allocation of factors, innovating business models and investment-financing mechanism”, efforts should be made to accelerate the growth of the underground space industry.
